MCHENRY STAMP - SC#1597 Cover commemorating the 10th Anniversary of the Apollo 11 MOON LANDING. This cover features the 15 cent "FT. MCHENRY FLAG" stamp and is postmarked on July 20, 1979 at the USPS Air Fair Station, Dayton, Ohio. In addition to the date and location contained in the circular cancellation, the cancellation contains likenesses of the Wright Brothers and the airplane in which they made the first flight. The cancellation includes the words "10th Anniversary First Man on the Moon". The cover has a brown cachet which occupies the entire front of the cover and contains a likeness of the Wright Brothers plane flying over the the dunes at Kitty Hawk. It is a most attractive cover. On the reverse of the cover is the logo of GLOBE on the flap. The cover is unsealed and unaddressed.
