You don’t even have to worry about it breaking in transportation. Our product is oven safe, can be used on a grill directly or used like a heat deflector. Once the stone is properly preheated, it will provide you great crispy crust. Fully preheat the stone to 500℉ before baking. For home oven, it may take 50 mins (depends on the performance of the oven). If using a grill, preheat to 500℉ may take about 25 mins. When the stone is hot enough to bake,dusts the pizza peel with cornmeal or other flour before putting the dough on it,and then transfer the pizza to the hot stone. Use wet clean light towel to clean the stone or wash with water before first use (do not use any detergent) and then dry it. After baking, just sweep away the cornmeal or dough particles.
