You can harvest baby greens in 35 days or so. Later, as they mature, Bull's Blood greens turn dark burgundy and develop a richer flavor. Full-grown dark-red beets are ready in 55 days or so and have a remarkably sweet, wholesome flavor. 100+ seeds per order. Beta Vulgaris. SPROUTS / MICROGREENS Any size container with at least 1/2" clean potting soil. Spread seeds into a single layer, press into soil for good contact. Enough water to keep the soil moist. Cover container to keep light out and moisture in for 10 days. Germination usually occurs in 5/10 days. Uncover after 10 days or so. Keep soil moist. Beet sprouts in about 10 days. 3" microgreens in about 15 days. GARDEN SOW- 1/4" deep, about 3"apart. Keep moist. Germination 7/14 days. Thin to 6". Medium water. Organic fertilizer if needed. Height 10"-18". Harvest for greens in about 28 days. Full size 3" beets in about 55 days.
