This Starter is most suitable for the variety of Rye Bread baking (savour and sweet). It can also be used to bake Rye/Wheat and Wheat Breads, although it is advisable to use the Wheat Starter to take the most flavour out of Wheat baking. It can also be used for Gluten Free bakery.Upon arival, it needs to be "fed" with Wholegrain/Wholemeal Rye flour (pure without additives and unaltered). Please, ensure you have it ready.
