The maple sugar is also used for baking it can be used as a replacement for white or brown sugar delicious in your favorite recipes or in your coffee or tea. Store the cream in the fridge for up to 6 months. It is normal for some syrup to separate and rise to the top over time. If this happens, just give it a good stir to reincorporate. Maple Sugar is a dark maple sugar it is made with the Very Dark Syrup. Maple Sugar will last indefinitely as long as stored in a cool dry place.
