It has THE softest touch I've ever knitted. I also have Loro Piana yarn, but IMO I prefer Cariaggi. Knitting and working this yarn/hood is a long process, but the result is a gorgeous fabric that will last for years if taken are of properly. 19" from top of head to just on your shoulders (end of neck area) ...you know ...a hood. Fits unto a size 23.5" to 25"-ish head. Can be worn over the nose to keep it warm too! Just depends on the size of your head and nose as to whether it will slide off the nose. Color: khaki green, Army green Pure 100% Finest Cashmere yarn Cariaggi. This hood knitted up into a nice thick fabric by the time I wash it. Hand wash only. Lay on sweater rack to dry.
