Description: You'll receive 10 books. Missing are vols 2 and 3. Incomplete set. Originally printed in 12 volumes with maps. The books are in good condition considering they are 200 yrs old. There are a few handwritten pencil notes on the inside and a price on some of them as well. Pictures will show example. The fold out maps are nice and in good condition. Shown in one picture is the handwritten in pencil note "Please do not open map ask for assistance". Some show the fading and off-set, or ink/picture, transfer on some pages. All in all, good to better condition. The spines show age to the leather. Scuffs and edges show some damage. See pictures. Allowed only 24 and am happy to share more. No attached bookplates or ownership inscriptions. Creasing to title pages from the foldout maps. Please review pictures and request others so that you are satisfied of condition prior to purchase.
