All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. You must obtain RMA # before shipping item back, otherwise your return will not be approved. Returns should be packed in an outer shipping carton, to avoid defacing the original box/packaging of the product. The RMA# should be clearly inscribed on the shipping label.
