10" LOW BOWL American Brilliant Period Cut Glass Crystal Hawkes Centauri Holland

Description: This is a lovely cut glass Low Bowl- great for easel display due to large shallow impressive shape.Measures: 10" wide top rim. 2" tall. Pretty sure this is the widest/largest size in this shape bowl in this pattern. I have seen a 8" and a 9", this is the first 10" I ever had. This is from the American Brilliant period (1870 to 1920's).This is the Centauri / Holland pattern by Hawkes co. It is signed in center with the trefoil shaped Hawkes signature. Condition: It is over 100 years old. This bowl has all of the teeth around the top rim though 1 has the tip is missing that no one will notice. There are invisible "contact nips", small fleabites on other teeth. This is still a gorgeous bowl and if displayed in an easel no one would ever notice the minor teeth wear (typical wear from age). I did not find any damage that would be sharp enough to cut or cause you not to be able to use the bowl or handle it either.
