10 Fresh Organic Curry Leaf (Murraya Koenigii) Seeds

Description: These seeds are from our organically grown curry leaf trees. Our tree is around 20 feet tall with lush green leaves through out the season; especially so in summer.You can see a picture of the mother tree and seeds are from this tree.Seeds are hand picked.The curry leaf tree grows best outdoors in zones 9-12 and when the temperature is above or around 65°F. Its height ranges between 6 to 15 feet and its width ranges between 4 to 12 feet; but can be heavily pruned and grown in pots. Once established it can survive mild winter frosts; but is better grown indoors in cooler climate. Plants like full to partial sun; after winter they come back to life and flourish as the temperature warms up.Planting Instructions:- Sow the seed immediately in a 4-inch plastic pots or cell trays filled with fresh soil or seed- starting compost.- Sow it at a depth equal to its diameter, which is roughly 1/3 inch. Cover the seed completely and firm the soilwell.- Place the pot/tray in a warm, lightly shaded location with bright light.- (Optional for cooler climate) Warm the pot to 70 degrees Fahrenheit using a heating coil or propagation mat.- Cover the pot with clear plastic sheeting or a propagation dome to hold warmth and humidity around the curryleaf seed.- Check and keep the soil moist, but not overly wet. Water carefully using a spray bottle or plant atomizer to keepfrom dislodging the curry leaf seed. Avoid over watering because the seed may fail or rot.- Germination depends on temperature and climate; anywhere from two to six weeks, but don't be surprised if ittakes several months for seedlings to emerge.- Transfer the pot with the curry leaf seedlings to a warm, bright and sheltered location outdoors.- Slowly acclimatize the curry leaf seedlings to direct sun over the course of one to two weeks until they can standfull sun exposure.
