It is in good used condition for the age. No signs that the pinion seal is leaking. The gears all look good- no excessive chipping or tearout on the edge of the ring gear. The gears inside look great for the age. The oil looked good, not burnt, no metal pieces. I guarantee the axle to be functional. I do not guarantee any included brake hardware, as they are considered normal wear items. Turned easily when examined, minimal slop. I DID NOTICE SOME MINOR SURFACE RUST ON THE HOUSING.
