Peter Edgar graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1991, and has traveled the world in search of new culinary adventures. He was raised in Connecticut and has worked in many fine dining restaurants from the coast of Maine to the Big Apple. He brings a true passion for cooking and always dreamed of opening his own restaurant.
He is married to Minshall Bridgers Edgar, and together they have three children, Lindeman, Ana, and Wills. He is proud that Quince has joined eastern North Carolinaâ€™s food scene and hopes to make Wilson a destination for all foodies. Peter has built a team of culinary talent that will surely showcase the flavors of the south.
